2 3/4	c	Bread flour
3/4	c	Rye flour
1/4	c	Plus 2 T sugar
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1 1/2	ts	Ginger
1 1/2	ts	Cinnamon
3	tb	Oil
1		Egg
2 1/4	c	Grated carrots
2 1/2	ts	Yeast
1/3	c	Raisins
1/3	c	Chopped walnuts

Add all ingredients except the raisin and walnuts in the order listed by you bread machine manual. At the beep, add the raisins and the nuts. Added by Janet Juengling-Snell
